Returns & Refunds

We want our customers to enjoy an unforgettable shopping experience, therefore, our team is responsible for selecting the best products to guarantee a quality purchase.

As part of the experience, we know that on some occasions we will not be able to fulfill all your expectations, so we offer you service returns and refunds that will allow you to continue to enjoy shopping with us.

Our customers have the right to return the product within 30 days. This term will expire on the 30 days of the day the product has been received by the customer.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, or it must be faulty upon receipt with no sign of customer damage. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Missing items
If your item hasn't arrived, please track your item with the provided tracking code here. Inform us of your situation and we will do everything in our power to find your item and return it to the rightful owner.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges
